Vouchers can be redeemed on all our snow activities – not just the Snow Park. You or your loved one can use the day out gift voucher to pick from a range of our Lift Passes and all of our Ski and Snowboard Lessons. Whatever you choose,  it’s a unique experience giving the gift of memories.

Terms and Conditions:

• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for snow activities at Chill Factor^e; this includes Chill Factor^e essential products like hats and gloves.
• Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards a booking.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift voucher the remaining balance will be available to redeem until the voucher expires.
